Pierre Gilles Sthioul runs Praz Bonjour in Blonay, near Vevey in Switzerland. It is a agro-ecology field he nourishes and cares for with his friend Antoine Meyer. The name "Praz Bonjour" derives from the land itself that the two of them bought to practice and demonstrate a circular agriculture in a peri-urban region. Their intervention during this year's foodculturedays Biennale in Vevey was called "urban orchard".
